- I'm going to Hong Kong on January 3rd, 2010! I'll be staying there till May sometimes when I'm finished with my last exams. It's going to be so much fun studying abroad, and I'm really really excited about it!
- My birthday was 21st of November! Me and some friends went out to celebrate on Friday, and I celebrated with my boyfriend on Saturday. First we went to eat at a restaurant called "Sushi Wok". The food and company was amazing. All my best friends and japanese food- What more can I ask for? Later we went to a place called "Deville" or something where we continued our drinking! Definitely one of the best best birthdays I've ever had!
- 3 exams next week! Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spent Friday night over at my boyfriends place. The next morning (21st) we had to get up quite early, because he had to go to work. I went home to eat, do some schoolwork, get some more sleep, and watch some Grey's Anatomy. It was the perfect birthday morning/afternoon. Later Marius came to my place with 10 roses for me, and after that he took me to a very special and neat restaurant/café called "Mat & Mer" (translated: Food and more). It is seriously the weirdest yet the most coziest restaurant I have ever been to! The first things I saw when I walked in the front door was shelf after shelf with coffee. Behind the shelves there was a (freezer)counter, which looked like contained too much seafood. And on top of the counter there was a lot of cakes and stuff. To the right for this area there was small tables, chairs and sofas everywhere. "Mat & Mer" obviously started out as a coffee shop or something, before turning into a café, and then a restaurant. So now it's a mix of those three :D The food there was AMAZING! I had Ribs in some sort of chocolate sauce mix or something and it is seriously one of the most amazing dishes I've ever tasted in my life. Marius had some Beef-walnut-thing. Both dishes tasted heavenly!! For desert we had Crème brûlée. I don't usually like Crème brûlée, but this time I loved it!
So what kind of presents did I get? I got two John Mayer cd's- Battle Studies. One from Hilde & Daniel and one from Kaja & Kim. I didn't even know he had released a new album! I got a nice ballerina "earring"-keeper-thing from Nene, a bunch of fluffy socks from Hilde & Daniel, "Pretty" perfume by Elizabeth Arden from Nina Kristin, a pretty frame and some cookies from the UK from Irene, earrings from Kaja & Kim, 200 NOK from Anders, candy from Eivind and the prettiest necklace and earring set from Marius ♥
